what i've learned about high school.

^^ i saw insidious 2 last night with my best friend and our whole group. oh my gosh, i might have peed a little because it was so scary. it was a fantastic movie, ending was stupid though.

1. the teachers treat you like... wait for it... an A D U L T

2. they let you use your cell phone//text in class.... what?

3. the boys there will flirt with you every single day of your life, and won't stop. 

4. lunch is a hour long, finally.

5. i can go home for lunch?

6. you get a lot of homework... A L O T

7. some teachers will hate you for no reason

8. you still get stupid disclosure documents... you thought they would end in junior high? no think again. 

9. guys//girls are asking people to dances from left to right {i love it}

10. guys//girls are swearing BIG TIME from left to right

11. there is NO DRAMA. holy cow i didn't think it would be this different from the junior high. 

12. there are a ton more activities, and they are so much fun

13. if you are in any of the clubs, sports, or performing arts program... well you will be busy as heck.

14. you can wear your cute beanie//hats any day you want

15. you have to wake up a hour earlier than you used too... for me that is 5:00 am

this is crazy.

summer is officially over, which makes me happy and a little sad. 

it is crazy to me that i am a sophomore... what? i find that completely weird. 

this year i will be starting to date.. :) drive, go to dances and all sorts of things... and i'm super excited about that! 

today was pretty chill, but you honestly don't do anything the first day of school. best thing was i only got one disclosure document. ONE. 

let's pray that this year will be awesome. i missed you school, i really did. ← wow... i can't believe i just said that, but it's true!

kicking off the first week of july.

this first week of july has been pretty awesome. fourth of july, breaking into ryan's house, snowies, movies, and parties. yup that is my kind of week. 

to kick it off megan and i got snowies. this heat wave is ridiculous here in utah, and i was craving a sno cone. 

later that night was our block party and we partied it up for the fourth of july. a couple of girls and i went to my good friend ryan's house, and sorta broke in.. no not really they wouldn't answer their door so i walked in. that's weird... no it actually isn't because ryan and i are like brother and sister. we walked in and of course all the lights were turned off. we ran down to their basement trying to search for them, and ryan's brother scared the pee out of me... literally. later that night we went trash bagging with the boys and us girls and it was oh so fun. 

next day i went to the movies with some boys and girls from the night before to see superman. i could see that movie 5 times because i like it so much.

fourth of july was oh so fun. i was in the provo parade and man it was hot. that parade was so long.... five guys asked for my number, two boys blew kisses at me, and one told me "wow your gorgeous." the fire works were awesome and the food was fantastic. 

i think it is crazy that it's july and crazy that school is almost in a month... wow! hope you all had a wonderful fourth of july!
