do's & don'ts.

last night i had a sleepover with the ballroom team... oh my gosh it was a party all night long.
here is some advice i give to all of you.

Do:
> make a triple batch of muddy buddies
> pillow and blanket
> ear plugs {a must}
> movies {chick flicks!}
> wear comfy sweat pants.

Don't:
> don't stay up until 6 am
> don't bring a rockstar... unless you want to be... well you know how it goes
> DON'T put a feminine product on a girls forehead.. unless you want to end up getting chased and attacked by a broom.
> don't tell them your most embarrassing moment... unless you want to be laughed at forever.
> DO NOT BRING ALL YOUR GAME CUBES, WII, X-BOX, ETC. OVER! {boys specifically}
> you know when you are really tired, and you start blurting out personal or embarrassing things about you... ya don't do that when you are tired.

this was a great way to end my summer, i love my ballroom family.
p.s. i'm really tired.
